Roy Gelineau's brother was recently hired as purchasing agent. His resume shows that he is a neophyte to this job with no background in City purchasing. Question to the public is what was this reward for?
We lost a great purchasing agent when Bill fired him for questionable reasons. He probably would not lie for the administration on matters of setup of other candidates. So now we are stuck yet again by this administration with someone with no experience whom can be controlled by the corner office.

In an effort to make campaigns for Bill Scanlon Easy, two of his campaign managers have used the State Ethics Commission to try to do his dirty work for him. If they can't get the job done on another candidate by themselves using the local press they revert to using the commission by sending in complaints to the Ethics Commission. Both have filed false complaints and should be called on it by the voters of Beverly. This kind of corner office corruption should not be allowed in Beverly any more.
